Nut trees are the ultimate food, fiber, and fuel producing members of the forest ecosystem.  They are well established in cold temperate climates and have sustained humans and many other species for hundreds of thousands of years.  We are focusing on a few varieties selected for hardy and abundant production, tolerant of a wide range of conditions and resistant to blights.  Learn about our production methods and the evolution of our site conditions below:
